It has been pointed out that in order to make a collection one might need to know where I am. I am in Thanet which is in South East Kent which in the South East England (near London, UK) and therefore on the edge of the EU.
I'm going to guess that even with a car Kent and East Essix are about the limits for collection. For more common items maybe Thanet is about as near as it gets... who knows.
